No. Tanukonomy is a notebook: you record each transaction yourself. The app doesn’t move money, doesn’t pay, and never asks for bank logins.
Right now, only on your phone — there’s no account yet, so we can’t see your records. An optional account for syncing is in the works; recording locally without an account will keep working.
Right now, there’s no third-party analytics or ad tracking inside the app. Later on we plan to add basic usage analytics to understand and improve the app — not to sell data or show ads. We’ll update this privacy policy and let you know before that goes live.
Because data lives only on the device, uninstalling also deletes your records. Export and file backup are in the works.
Not yet. Right now your records live on a single device. Syncing data across devices is planned as an optional feature you turn on yourself — until then, the app keeps working fully offline as it does today.
