By installing or using Tanukonomy, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. What Tanukonomy is
Tanukonomy is an app for recording personal finances: wallets, transactions, budgets, and freelance hours. It does not move money, make payments, or connect to banks, and it is not a financial, banking, or investment service.
2. Not financial advice
Figures and summaries in the app are calculated from the data you enter. The app does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Your financial decisions are your own responsibility.
3. Responsibility for your data
Because data is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy), you are responsible for keeping your device and its data safe. We cannot recover data lost through a damaged, lost, or reset device, or an uninstalled app.
4. Beta period
During the closed beta:
- the app is still in development and may contain errors, including display or calculation errors;
- features may change, be added, or be removed without notice;
- updates may change or, in the worst case, delete beta data;
- beta access may end at any time.
Please don’t make the beta app your only record of important finances.
5. Feedback
Feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you send may be used to improve Tanukonomy without any obligation to you.
6. Fair use
You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or sell the app, except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Tanukonomy name, logo, tanuki mascot, illustrations, and code belong to its developer. Fonts on the site and in the app are used under the SIL Open Font License.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the app, including data loss.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
